It's not quite Spring up here in Wells just yet though the signs are that it isn't far away even if spells of cold and bad weather make it hard to be sure. The daffodils are almost out (and have been that way for some time) and water levels in the local rivers are falling after a winter where most spilled over into floods, leaving some villages and many paths a mess.
The long lockdown too also feels like its lifting, with schools back and sterling work done by local health teams at vaccination centres helping to limit Covid 19's reach.
So we're looking on the bright side and getting ready for Spring with the shop due to reopen on 14th April with fresh stock and a bit of a spruce up and we can then hopefully reintroduce a click-and-collect service for those who want it. The shop will be open Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays from 11-4.
