We've been selling our handmade soap on the Internet since 1998 and believe that we make it a convenient, safe and rewarding way to buy. In that time, we've processed thousands of orders with very few problems or returns and we've not had any unforeseen problems taking customers' credit card details on-line.
We promise to ship our best-quality products to you in a safe, secure and reliable manner and to deal promptly with any defect or concern you may have regarding your order. <>Please bear in mind that our products are genuinely hand-made in small volumes so you may encounter some variation in colour, texture, scent or wrapping between batches or orders. If you do have any problems or queries, please let us know by e-mail or by calling 01328 711717. We'll do our best to sort them out.
If your goods do not reach you in perfect condition, please get in touch. We will arrange either to replace your goods or to refund the purchase price including any post and packing charge. We may ask you to return faulty goods to us and would ask that you take good care to pack them safely when doing so. Where goods are found to have been defective or damaged before delivery, we will refund or reimburse your costs in returning them to us.
If you change your mind about your order, please let us know within seven working days of receipt. We will ask you to safely return the goods at your expense and we will then make a refund to you. Our refund may be reduced should the goods be returned part-used, incomplete or damaged.
We are sorry but we do not supply goods on approval nor do we supply free samples of our soaps. If you'd like to try our soaps, we recommend that your order a guest bar from this website. We're confident that you will enjoy it...
We put orders from our website through Worldpay, one of the world's leading Internet payment services. After making an order on our site, you will be taken to Worldpay's secure server to enter your credit card details... this information is then protected in transit over the Internet by SSL encryption. You may see a completed padlock or key in your browser when you are on the payment page. Long obsolete web browsers may not make a secure connection or may display an unnecessary security warning because their technology or internal security certificates are out of date.
Like a great many shopping sites, ours uses 'cookies', small chunks of data sent by a website to your browser, either temporarily or to be stored on your hard disk for future reference. There's been some fuss that cookies are used to track which pages you visit on the web or control advertising displays but we only use them to distinguish one visitor to our site from another so that we know who has what in their shopping basket. You must enable cookies or accept cookies in your browser to be able to shop on our site. There is generally no harm in doing so, either here or on other sites.
The Natural Soap Company does not sell or pass customer's e-mail addresses or other details to other parties nor do we bombard our customers with endless e-mails and leaflets. If you order from us, we may contact you about your order. We also have an optional mailing list that you can opt to join where we occasionally e-mail you with information about our products and special offers... you can unsubscribe from this at any time.
Our web server generates the usual web logs when you visit the site which will include your IP address (or that of the device or network you are using to connect), which pages on the site you visited and any errors that occurred. On occasion, we look at this information to help ensure the site is running correctly and securely and to help suggest improvements and new features. We do not attempt to record which other wesbites you visit, place tracking or advertising cookies on your computer or pass information about your visit to advertising, social media, seach engine or other companies or organisations.

A box of medium-sized assorted handmade soap off-cuts weighing approx 650g.
These off-cuts are what's left after we have cut and trimmed our normal handmade soap bars. There's nothing wrong with them and they're still luxurious hand-made soap, just in roughly sliced uneven and assorted medium-sized pieces (approximately 6cm x 8cm x 0.5cm thick).
NB Please understand that you could get anything in the box – the pieces will be perfectly fine to use but they will be a mix of whatever we have been making recently! There will always be two bits of shampoo soap in the box - they will always be at the right hand side as you look at the soaps in the box.
One of our four solid shampoo bars. Chamomile & Marigold shampoo soap is based on the same recipe as our top-selling Nettle & Rosemary shampoo soap, but this soap is scented with lemon and grapefruit essential oils and has extract of chamomile and marigold flowers in it.
NB This soap is palm oil free
A lovely, exotically scented soap – conjuring souks in Morocco and Turkish coffee! This is all due to the cardamom in this soap – a beautiful essential oil, especially when mixed with orange, as we've done here.
